Low Melt Bag or Batch Inclusion Bags, also known as EVA Bags (ethylene vinyl acetate), are commonly used for packing materials in industrial. Batch Inclusion Bag is used for conveying additives to mixers with low operating temperature. They do not need to be unpacked, as these bags can be put directly into the mixer and mixed evenly with rubber without affecting the final product’s quality. Its low melting point and compatibility with rubber make the final compound homogeneous.
What is Low Melt Bag?
Batch Inclusion Bags are used to pack a variety of rubber ingredient, including carbon black, curing agents, elastomers (rubber), other chemicals. The Batch Inclusion Bag and the chemical(s) are put into the production batch, and the bag dissolving into the compound. The bag is designed to melt and distribute its contents the me compound. It is essential that the melting point of the Batch Inclusion Bag be lower than the operating temperature of the mixer.
